How it works
It all starts with the Elephant Card.
Register patients in a few easy steps
When a patient registers at the facility, they receive an Elephant Card: a secure, scannable digital health record, which they can access on any device.
Triage patients and add them to a digital queue
After registration, officers add patients to a digital queue and nurses quickly calculate & assign a triage score to the patient. By adding a color code to a patient's status, queues will automatically be re-ordered to prioritise emergency patients.
View patient details at a glance
By scanning the card or clicking on the patient in the queue, clinicians can easily pull up a patient's history, create care plans and prescribe in-stock medication. Our beautifully simple clinical tools ensure frontline professionals can provide continuity of care, both for outpatient and inpatient care.
